Minecraft: Story Mode Season 2 premiered on July 11, and Telltale Games announced today that it will continue on August 15 with Episode 2: Giant Consequences. The episode will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC/Mac, and iOS/Android.

Jesse and the gang survived the Sea Temple, but they brought home a little more than they bargained for: a lost adventurer, a powerful device, and a colossal enemy capable of grinding Beacontown to dust. There may be more to this fearsome foe than meets the eye, but to find out, Jesse – together with a few trusty friends – must embark on another adventure, this time into the icy unknown…
Season 2 of Minecraft: Story Mode will consist of five episodes. A date for Episode 3 hasn’t been announced yet.
For Nintendo Switch owners, the complete first season of Minecraft: Story Mode, consisting of eight episodes, will be available on August 22 in North America and August 25 in Europe.
Other upcoming Telltale releases include the premiere of Batman Season 2 on August 8, the next Guardians of the Galaxy episode on August 22, and new seasons of The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us in 2018.
