Remember that Battlefield 1 Collector’s Edition that included a statue? If you’re still trying to get one but to no avail, Amazon has you covered, I think.
The online retailer is selling the Battlefield 1 Collector’s Edition again, but there’s one caveat: the game isn’t included. Yep, you read that right. It’s the exact same price ($129.99), and has the same exact contents as the Collector’s Edition revealed in May, but it doesn’t have the game included.
You can, of course, buy the game separately as a disc or digital for an added $60 more. But then again, why would you spend $130 for a game’s special bundle without actually getting the game, right? Maybe just for the statue. Well, it’s not my place to say where you spend your money, but if you want to get one, here’s the link.
Will sold Collector’s Editions of the game without the actual game be counted towards EA’s just-under 15 million units forecast sold for Battlefield 1? Your guess is as good as mine at this point. Don’t forget that there’s a new BF1 trailer dropping soon at gamescom as well.
