Black Ops 3 Update

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC 4 Will Answer What Happened at the End of Black Ops 2 DLC 4

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC 4 won’t be unveiled until next month at Call of Duty XP, but in an interview with GameSpot, Treyarch Senior Executive Producer Jason Blundell revealed that the Zombies content in the final expansion for the final Black Ops game will bring an end to the storyline introduced in Call of Duty: World at War.

Recalling the scene at the end of Black Ops 2 DLC 4 where an alarm goes off when Samantha and Edward are playing with zombie toys, and they hear Max calling them to the basement before it drops to black, Blundell added that the upcoming Black Ops 3 DLC will answer what happened:

I’ve still technically to this day not answered that question of what that was and why that was there. That will be answered by the end of DLC 4. I believe that the ending of DLC 4 will spark emotion in the players, which is my goal. It’s not out of the desire for trolling, as people say. No, what I want to do is have you have complex and differing thoughts on what you’ve experienced and what your view is. I hope that’s what we generate when we come to the end of DLC 4.

Whenever DLC 4 does release, it will be available first on PlayStation 4 for 30 days.

DLC 3, Descent, is already available on PS4 and will hit Xbox One and PC next week.
