Following price cuts in Japan and North America earlier this month, it seemed like only a matter of time until the PlayStation 4’s price dropped in Europe as well. According to a new retailer ad (above) discovered by All Games Beta, it appears that PS4 price drop will happen this week.
Roughly translated to “price break,” the ad says the regular 500GB will drop from €399.99 to €349.99, with the 1TB Assassin’s Creed Syndicate bundle going to €399.99.
Additionally, French retailers received this signage, actively displaying the price drop date as October 21:

We’ll just have to wait and see if Sony officially confirms the price cut this week, or if they wait until their Paris Games Week press conference on October 27.
