Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Review Embargo Date Set for One Day Before Game Release

Here’s some promising news – the review embargo date for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is set for October 22, meaning reviews will be available to read a full day before the game releases on the 23.

Last year, the reviews for Assassin’s Creed Unity couldn’t be published until after the game released due to their late embargo date. It has been speculated that the embargo date was in place thanks to Unity’s many technical errors, which, because of the embargo date, couldn’t really be brought to the attention of the public until after the game released. Hopefully, Syndicate’s October 22 embargo date means that Ubisoft is more confident with the quality of this year’s Assassin’s Creed installment.

What do you think of the Assassin’s Creed Syndicate‘s embargo date? Do you think that’s a promising sign?
