Because Konami and Kojima Productions are seeing connection issues with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, they’ve decided to make some temporary changes to smooth out the experience in Forward Operation Base.
Here’s the changes, which went into effect a little earlier today:
Re: #MGSV we’re seeing connection issues and are taking temporary measures: 1) number of FOB missions displayed decreased Part1/3
— METAL GEAR OFFICIAL (@metalgear_en) September 1, 2015
2) Win/Loss, Points, Support and Heroism info on the FOB MISSION list has been disabled Part2/3
— METAL GEAR OFFICIAL (@metalgear_en) September 1, 2015
3) Number of missions listed in online COMBAT DEPLOYMENT menu has been decreased. We apologize for this and will update further Part3/3

Also, if you purchased the MGSV Collector’s Edition on PlayStation 4, your codes will be emailed by Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Target, Toys R Us, Walmart, EB Games, or Game Planet. If you’re still missing the codes, more details can be found on Konami’s Facebook page.
