Whether they’ll be playing it or not, Bungie’s beta has everyone talking, so is it any surprise that the first weekend of the Destiny beta means that the entire PSLS staff has Destiny in their response?
Here’s what everyone is playing this weekend:
Alex Co (@excaliburps)
It’s going to be the Destiny beta for me all throughout the weekend. I might sneak in some Battlefield 4 in there, but for the most part, Destiny will take up all my time — and I couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to max cap all the classes, but at the same time, I don’t want to push myself too much since I know I’ll be playing the full game a lot come September.
Chandler Wood (@FinchStrife)
After reading the response below, I want to give D’yani an opportunity to play Destiny, so while I will be playing the beta for some of the weekend, I may be taking some time off of it to dig through my Vita backlog and see what I can platinum. I’ll also be getting my hands on an ax so that I can violently remove an enormous dried-out stump from our front yard, just because I can.
D’yani Wood (@Dyani)
Well, since Chandler will be playing the Destiny beta all weekend and I can’t join, I’m thinking about dual-booting my Mac finally so I can play some sim games I just got from a Humble Bundle. That will have to make up for no Destiny.
Jason Dunning (@Jasonad21)
Since my slow internet connection means it would take over 48 hours to download the Destiny beta, I’ll probably just pop in Trials Fusion and see what all the fuss is about. Or I might break and buy Magic 2015 for the Xbox 360 (so disappointed this isn’t on PlayStation!).

I’ll be heading back to Afrika with a friend to finish up my Platinum trophy for Sniper Elite 3 and also getting in some Destiny beta time. If anyone else ran into the Dedicated Soldier trophy not popping glitch, the latest PS4 patch fixes the problem.

Destiny beta. Played yesterday. Can’t stop. Maybe Watch Dogs, but then I won’t be playing Destiny.
Zarmena Khan (@Zarmena)
Destiny beta on the PS3. My first impression is that it looks impressive and the controls are great. I’m now rounding up a few friends to play and get the max out of it.
Is the Destiny beta loaded up on your PlayStation for some playtime this weekend?
