Hogwarts Legacy Platinum Trophy

Hogwarts Legacy Platinum Trophy Forces You to Start Over Four Times

The Hogwarts Legacy platinum trophy will be one of the most laborious trophies to earn, as it will require players to start the game four times. As Harry Potter fans might expect, this boils down to having to play the game at least once as a member of each of the four Houses at Hogwarts. Luckily, you won’t have to beat the game four times all the way through; instead, you just need to reach a certain point in the main quest to mark off the related trophy.

Hogwarts Legacy platinum trophy will require three partial playthroughs

To grab the platinum trophy for Hogwarts Legacy, players will need to complete the quest called “Map Chamber,” which is the eighteenth mission in the main questline. They will need to do this as a student of each House: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Slytherin, and Hufflepuff.

That might sound like a lot, but the quest is actually early enough in the game that trophy hunters will only need to play about two hours to reach that point if they skip through all the dialogue and cutscenes. And then if you want to skip over the prologue entirely, you should be able to grab the autosave from before the sorting hat scene.

In addition, getting the platinum trophy also requires that players complete every Collection and the other trophies that involve all the collectibles in the game. Fortunately, a good percentage of these can be found just by completing the main quest and, well, all 57 side quests.
