Out of nowhere, Ubisoft has announced an Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Destiny 2 crossover. Starting on December 6, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla items will appear in Destiny 2, while Destiny 2 cosmetics will make their way to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. It’s a bizarre crossover for sure, but at least it’s unexpected in a good way.

In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, players will be able to purchase a Destiny 2-themed character pack. It’s unclear how much this pack will cost, but it will come with various armor sets, swords, a new mount skin, and a new scout skin. On top of that, a weapons pack will also be available that will be based on the subclasses in Destiny 2. Each of these weapons will come with different gameplay perks and custom effects.
On the other side of the crossover, Destiny 2 players can visit the Eververse store to purchase an Assassin’s Creed-themed ship, along with Sparrow, Ghost, and finisher cosmetics. There will also be three armor ornament sets. This crossover will mark the beginning of the next season of Destiny 2, which also starts on December 6.
The final update for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla includes a surprise crossover mission with Assassin’s Creed Mirage as well as The Last Chapter, which concludes the game’s main story. The game will leave PS Plus Extra and Premium/Deluxe on December 20, so we recommend playing it sooner than later if you have a subscription.
