Following reports that Dead Space remake release is now planned for 2023 rather than late 2022, Electronic Arts has officially confirmed that it’s targeting an early 2023 release window. This was revealed in the game’s latest developer diary and was separately announced on Twitter as well. According to Motive Studio, the developers already have a launch date in mind but they want to make sure that Dead Space meets expectations before announcing anything further.
Why Dead Space remake release is planned for 2023
“We want to make sure that we are in a place where the game we’re going to deliver is going to be building upon the expectations of fans,” Motive Studio said. “That’s what’s most important. So right now, we’ll say early next year. We have a date in mind, we want to make sure that everything converges for this.” Dead Space remake will be playable from start to finish in a few weeks.
