This also falls in line with previous rumors, which states that publisher Electronic Arts will reveal the game before E3 2022. Insider Jeff Grubb also predicted that the game would release from late 2022 to early 2023. The game is also expected to release for next-gen consoles and possibly the PS4 and Xbox One.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order originally released in 2019 for PS4 and Xbox One. The game follows Cal Kestis, a Jedi padawan after the purge of the Jedi. Imperial soldiers and Sith are hunting down Kestis, and he must fight and use his force powers to escape their grasp. Electronic Arts later released the game for next-gen consoles in Summer 2021.
In other news, Activision games are likely to stay cross-platform due to existing contracts with Sony. PlayStation console creator Ken Kutsuragi has also stated that he doesn’t care about metaverse or VR.
