Vacation Simulator Announced, Coming to PSVR in 2018

Job Simulator developer Owlchemy Labs is coming back to virtual reality. Their next title will be a follow-up to their debut effort called Vacation Simulator. It’ll allow players to relive their wildest fantasies, and get into some wacky hijinks.

Here’s the official description from the YouTube trailer:

First you JOBBED, now you VACATION. Visit Vacation Island and experience RECREATION, optimal RELAXATION, and classic human pasttimes like SUNBURN. Vacation Island offers all this and more so that you can discover the lost art of TIME OFF.

The original game, Job Simulator, recently received a free update. Here’s more on that:

According to the developers of the game, the Infinite Overtime mode will place players in newly-minted nighttime environments where you have to follow instructions from TempBot, the slightly-less motivated JobBot replacement. Owelchemy Labs has also revealed that new bits of gameplay have been added alongside the update. Here’s the official description:

Prepare to job… forever! The whole team at Owlchemy Labs is pleased to announce that Job Simulator is receiving a free content update today: Infinite Overtime. Players can work the endless night shift to their heart’s content with endless, randomized tasks. Along with the update, Job Simulator will also see a permanent price reduction to $19.99 USD.

The new “Infinite Overtime” mode allows players to work the never-ending night shift with randomized, endless tasks for each job in the game. Play endlessly in each of the newly-minted nighttime environments, following instructions from your robot boss, TempBot — JobBot’s slightly less-motivated nighttime replacement.

Vacation Simulator releases in 2018 for PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift.
