Fans won’t have to wait long for the conclusion of Telltale Games’ Guardians of the Galaxy, as the series will end next week. The developer announced that Episode 5, called Don’t Stop Believin’, will release on November 7, 2017. It’ll feature the final showdown between the Guardians (whatever is left of them after the last episode) and Hala.
Here’s the official episode description from Telltale:
In the aftermath of an unbearable sacrifice, the Guardians finally fracture. With her opposition in shambles, Hala renews her campaign of death and devastation, carving a path of indiscriminate destruction en route to Knowhere. If he hopes to avoid catastrophe (and save his own skin), Star-Lord must search his feelings, reunite his team, and mount one final mission to save the galaxy…again.

If you want to get excited for the final episode, check out our Guardians of the Galaxy Episode 4 review. I found it to be a strong installment, and one that setup the series for its final chapter very well.
By the end of episode four, I was starting to have regrets about every choice I had made in Guardians of the Galaxy. By often thinking about putting the team first, rather than how my teammates felt, I hadn’t been a very good friend. Juggling those responsibilities as a leader was difficult, and I just hope that future episodes will allow me to right my wrongs.
