Why You Should Be Excited for LawBreakers

Few names in the gaming history have as impressive a résumé as Cliff Bleszinski. From Jazz Jackrabbit and Unreal Tournament to Gears of War and Infinity Blade, the former “Dude Huge” has been directly involved in some of gaming’s most successful franchises (especially shooters). After spending 20 years at Epic Games (and essentially becoming the face of the company), Bleszinski left the company. After initially considering a retirement from the games industry, he founded Boss Key Studios in 2014 and announced that they were working on their first game LawBreakers (it was originally known as BlueStreak).

Three years later, LawBreakers is finally set to release and gamers will get to see all of the studio’s hard work. The team-based first-person shooter game looks to be one of the most promising August releases, and we’re here to tell you why you should care about it.

Check out our list of 10 reasons you should be excited for LawBreakers below!

We hope you enjoyed our look at LawBreakers, and while we’re definitely not telling you to pre-order the game just yet (that’s what reviews are for after all), we’re hoping that you’re now more interested in the upcoming PlayStation 4 game. We’ll have a lot more coverage of Boss Key Production’s debut title as its August 8 release date rapidly approaches.
