Revealed last nightThe Frozen Wilds expansion for Horizon Zero Dawn is releasing later this year. The PlayStation Store pre-order went live today, revealing that it costs $19.99 USD/$26.99 CAD and PlayStation Plus members save 25% when pre-ordering. Pre-ordering also gets you a Banuk Aloy avatar.

The description for The Frozen Wilds reveals that it includes a new story, a new area, new machines, and 4K PlayStation 4 Pro support:

Beyond the northern mountains, the borderlands of the Banuk tribe challenge all who dare enter to survive the extremes. But now this frozen wilderness harbors a new threat, and for Aloy, a new mystery – one she’s determined to solve.
