When Spike Chunsoft announced that the Fire Pro Wrestling series would be making a comeback with Fire Pro Wrestling World for the PS4 and PC, there was a lot of excitement surrounding the game’s return to its classic timing and strategy-based gameplay. And today, we’ve got our first look at actual gameplay of the new game taken from an event in Japan and published by Japanese site 4Gamer.
The gameplay videos show off some of the entrances for some of the game’s wrestlers along with 3v3 tag team matches as well as a 4v4 barbed wire match. Fire Pro Wrestling World will feature several game modes including classic Deathmatch, MMA rules, and no-holds barred Gruesome Fighting, among others. The game will also feature both offline and online multiplayer for up to four players on PS4.
While there isn’t a set release date for the full release of Fire Pro Wrestling World for the PS4, the game is set to enter early access on Steam soon.
