The new Injustice 2 trailer today provides a closer look at Brainiac, including his regular moves and super move, in fights against Superman, Gorilla Grodd, and Green Arrow.

Brainiac is a megalomaniacal genius who roams the universe, collecting knowledge to increase his intellectual and scientific prowess. Obsessed with establishing his superiority, Brainiac captured Krypton’s greatest cities, then eradicated what remained…or so he thought. Tales of the “Last Son of Krypton” have reached far into the stars. Now, the Collector of Worlds comes to Earth to finish his accumulation of Krypton — and discovers a new world worthy of his collection.
Previously, it looked like April 28 would only have one new character reveal. In a press release from DC Comics today though, they announce that a special two-hour livestream on Friday, April 28 from 10am PT/1pm ET to 12pm PT/3pm PT will have “exclusive character reveals and gameplay footage.”
Special guests during the livestream will include Ed Boon from NetherRealm Studios, Echo Kellum from Arrow, and DC Entertainment Publisher Jim Lee.
Injustice 2 releases on May 16 in North America and May 19 in Europe for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
