In North America, Sony has dropped the price of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End to $39.99 USD/$49.99 CAD. The new price is live on the PlayStation Store, and physical retailers in the United States are beginning to sell it for $39.99 as well.
Additionally, Konami dropped the price of Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Experience (includes Ground Zeroes, The Phantom Pain, and DLC) for PlayStation 4 to $29.99 USD/$39.99 CAD, and the price of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain for PS4 and PS3 to $19.99 USD/$26.99 CAD. The prices are live on the PlayStation Store, and are beginning to appear at retail stores.
Uncharted 4 has sold at least 8.7 million copies since launch last year, while The Phantom Pain had shipped six million copies as of January 2016.
Earlier this year, Sony dropped the price of The Last Guardian to $39.99 USD.
