New Video Compares Nier Automata Demo on PS4 With PS4 Pro Version

Folks over at Digital Foundry have been busy playing Nier Automata‘s demo over the holiday, and as usual, have released a video comparing the PlayStation 4 and PS4 Pro versions of the demo. Before you watch the video above, make sure to take note of the following correction by the Digital Foundry team:

At the end of the video we refer to a frame-rate drop happening outside of gameplay. It is a playable area, but not critical to the action.

Nier Automata certainly looks good and Digital Foundry confirms as much, noting that it’s looking “really impressive” and it comes with “plenty of PS4 Pro enhancements.”

Platinum Games recently confirmed via Twitter that the game will run at 1600x900p/60fps on the standard PS4 and at 1920x1080p/60fps on PS4 Pro alongside enhanced graphical features like improved lighting and shadows.

Nier Automata is out on March 7 in North America and March 10 in Europe.
