A brief new Xbox One commercial released over the weekend starring NFL’s Marshawn Lynch claims that Xbox Live is “the network that won’t let you down.” A dig at Sony’s PlayStation Network, the video above actually references a recent independent study (at the 0.30 mark) by IHS Markit, which rates Xbox Live above PSN in all aspects except matchmaking.
Back in September, IHS Markit tested both networks for Reliability, Speed, and Overall Quality. The results were as follows:
Reliability
