PaRappa the Rapper Remastered Release Date Listed on PlayStation.com

Announced at PlayStation Experience 2016 with a 2017 launch window, PaRappa the Rapper Remastered for PlayStation 4 is releasing on March 28, 2017, according to the listing on PlayStation.com.

The overview for PaRappa the Rapper Remastered adds that all the songs and funky characters from the original game return in the remaster. In the details section, Sony says it will include dynamic 4K support on PS4 Pro and 1080p support on PS4, and the game itself includes remastered hi-res textures, enhanced audio, and additional alternative audio tracks.

And here’s a quick look at the new features:

  • “Feel the beat” – the controller vibrates to the beat throughout the song
  • “See the beat” – enlarge the player icon so you know you hit the beat

It doesn’t look like there’s a product listing for Locoroco Remastered on PlayStation.com yet, but there is one for Patapon Remastered. Although the release date for Patapon Remastered is just a placeholder for now, the description says it will include support for 4K resolution on PS4 Pro and 1080p resolution on PS4.
