Star Trek: Bridge Crew, Werewolves Within Will Include Cross-Platform Play

Just like EVE: Valkyrie, PlayStation VR games Eagle Flight, Werewolves Within, and Star Trek: Bridge Crew will include cross-platform play with Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, Ubisoft announced today.

Eagle Flight – which is currently available on PSVR and Oculus Rift and will be out on December 20 for HTC Vive – now supports cross-platform play, letting you team up and race against players on other platforms. Werewolves Within, out December 6, and Star Trek: Bridge Crew, out March 14, 2017, will support cross-platform play on launch day.

Red Storm Senior Creative Director David Votypka said making their VR titles cross-platform “has been a goal of ours from the start.” He added, “Our games feature a strong multiplayer experiences, so letting friends play together regardless of which headset they own will enhance the social nature of our games and let them be played the way we envisioned.”

Werewolves Within is priced at $29.99 USD and requires an internet connection, while Star Trek: Bridge Crew is priced at $59.99 USD. Both titles require the PlayStation VR headset and PlayStation Camera.
