Brian Bloom, who played B.J. Blazkowicz in 2014’s Wolfenstein: The New Order, has all but confirmed that there’s a new game in production. In an interview with Two Left Sticks, Bloom made reference to an E3 2016 tease by Bethesda in which the studio flashed a DOS screen listing The New Order, The Old Blood, and something titled “New Colossus.” The actor said:
I’ll be safe with this answer. If you look at Bethesda’s E3 2016 lineup there was a title hinted at in a cool way. It sparked a bit of wildfire. That subtle, very simple DOS language, going through the titles. Perhaps we’re working on that as we speak.
We’re unsure if New Colossus is a sequel to The New Order or not but we do know that it’s a name of a poem by Emma Lazarus engraved on the Statue of Liberty. It’s believed that the game will be set in the United States.
