When Killing Floor 2 releases worldwide on November 18, it will include PlayStation 4 Pro support. As developer Tripwire Interactive revealed today, Killing Floor 2 played on a PS4 Pro will have “1800p checkboard rendering on 4K TV (3200×1800) optimized for 4K TVs, effectively super-sampling and increased fps on HDTV,” and it will use additional memory to increase texture resolution to Ultra Textures.

A co-op sci-fi horror FPS, Killing Floor 2 for PS4 and PC will cost $39.99 USD/€39.99/£29.99 at retail and $29.99 USD/€29.99/£19.99 through digital stores.
Asked on Twitter about the chances of PS4 and PC cross-play, Tripwire said, “We have no plans for cross play as the game may be balanced differently per platform.” As for Rising Storm 2 Vietnam, another game from Tripwire, possibly coming to PS4, they said, “We have no plans for that at this time.”
