Ubisoft’s Eagle Flight VR Follows the Journey of an Eagle “Learning to Fly and Conquering Paris”

Ever wanted to fly like a bird? Ubisoft’s upcoming VR title, Eagle Flight, will enable you to play out that fantasy in three different modes: Free Flight, Multiplayer and Story. The solo campaign is divided into five chapters that follow the journey of an eagle “learning to fly and conquering Paris.” We’re also told that there are additional challenges available to players once they complete the story.

While we’ve already seen some of Eagle Flight‘s multiplayer mode, which has you playing with up to five other players in a “capture-the-prey” mode, Ubisoft has offered up some details on the Free Flight mode in a new blog post.

It is an experience of flying around with other eagles above the city of Paris. When you are in the game and you choose a Free Flight mode, you are seamlessly and automatically matched with five other random players who are free-flying at the same time.

Eagle Flight will be out on PlayStation VR on November 8. It’ll also be released for HTC Vive and Oculus.
