Update:

Bandai Namco added that the three expansions in the Season Pass will include stages and maps, quests and scenario events, bosses and enemies, and new characters. It will be available on its own for $24.99, or in the Digital Deluxe Edition on PS4 for $84.99.

Original Story:

Bandai Namco confirmed today that Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization will be getting a Season Pass in the West. Bundling together three DLC packs “expanding on the game,” as well as three different costumes as bonuses – the Navy Blue Swimwear, the White Swimwear and the Wedding Dress – the Season Pass will likely cost $24.99 USD, if a now deleted Amazon listing for the $84.99 Deluxe Edition is to be believed.

According to details from Tokyo Game Show, the Season Pass will include the ‘Shrine Maiden of the Abyss’ story. Told across three episodes, they’ll begin launching in 2017.

Additionally, when Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization releases on November 8 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, VIP members will be able to grab a free and exclusive Maid Costume on the VIP Corner.

In the above trailer, you can learn more about Premiere and her importance in Hollow Realization.

Bandai Namco also gave out more details surrounding the weapon improvement system and new places from the Town of the Beginning:

Through the Blacksmith, craftsmen with various skills and abilities spread across in Ainground, players will be able to improve their weapons. Each Blacksmith has different forge skills and will help players to strengthen their particular kind of equipment, but to do so, players will have to provide materials and a fee. Different levels of improvement are also available: with the higher the level, the harder the improvement will be to perform.

New places from the Town of the Beginning have also been revealed. Players can walk across the Transition Gate Square, where all adventures are available through gates, buy items in the Shopping Arcade, take in a wonderful view of the town in the Observation Platform, visit the Park by the Lake which is full of cafés and stores, and finally head to the Room of Kirito, where players can customize their avatars and discuss plans with their team mates.
