Giants Software has a new Farming Simulator 17 trailer that showcases this installment’s gameplay as well as new features, including one of the new crops, new vehicles, the ability to implement user-created mods, and multiplayer farming.
Farming Simulator is both a time management game and a sandbox, letting players grow what they want and use various vehicles and farm equipment. Farming Simulator 17 has 200 unique vehicles among 70 different brands. Among those brands includes for the first time AGCO’s Challenger brand, Fendt, Valtra, and Massey Ferguson.
User-created mods for Farming Simulator have always been part of the PC experience, but for the first time, they’re available for console as well as PC. In addition, you can invite up to five other friends help you work your farm, and mods are welcome in the multiplayer mode as well. And yes, that is for console as well as PC, although PC-users can invite up to fifteen friends to join in the farming fun.
Farming Simulator 17 will release for PlayStation 4 on October 25, 2016. Check out the trailer above and see all of the new farming features in action, including, for the first time, women farmers.
