The follow-up to sci-fi time travel visual novel Steins;Gate, Steins;Gate 0 is coming to North America and Europe in 2016 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, PQube announced today. A PlayStation 3 version was released in Japan, but it doesn’t seem like it’s coming West.
Developed by Mages and 5pb, Steins;Gate 0 is a visual novel that explores a branch of one of Steins;Gate’s alternate endings:
Okabe and the Future Gadget Lab members, along with new characters, star in this story about AI and the creation of something called “Amadeus” – which can allow you to interact with the store memories of another person.
Priced at $59.99 on PS4 and $49.99 on PS Vita, Steins;Gate 0 will be at Rice Digital’s Londom MCM stand this weekend, where a trailer will be revealed. You can get a poster by whispering “El Psy Kongroo.”
