At E3 2016 next month (June 14 – 16), Koei Tecmo will announce a “top-secret title,” currently in development at Omega Force (Samurai Warriors, Toukiden), as well as demo Nioh and Attack on Titan.
Koei Tecmo America’s Amos Ip talked about their E3 2016 plans, mentioning that they’re “incredibly excited” for the Omega Force title:
With an original IP from an extensive, all-star development team, and a Titan-sized action game based on the acclaimed anime, KOEI TECMO America is proud to demonstrate our continued commitment to bringing top notch gaming experiences to our fans. We can’t wait for attendees to get their hands on two of this year’s biggest action titles, and we look forward to their reaction when we unveil an upcoming project that we’re incredibly excited to be working on.
As for the other games at the event, Nioh is planned for a 2016 release on PlayStation 4 and the E3 demo will include the Alpha Demo content plus the following: more high-intensity combat, new weapons, never before seen characters, deadlier enemies and a whole lot of challenging gameplay.
Attack on Titan will be playable on PS4 for the first time in North America, and for the first time worldwide on Xbox One. The game then launches on August 26 in Europe and August 30 in North America for PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Xbox One, and PC.
