On the heels of today’s release date announcement, Bethesda has offered up additional details relating to Fallout 4‘s third — and biggest — expansion, Far Harbor.
Update: The Fallout Twitter account said, “In order to start #FarHarbor, you’ll need to complete “Getting a Clue” on the main quest.”
Set for release on May 19, players won’t be required to reach a certain level before paying Valentine’s Detective Agency a visit, after the game’s official Twitter account confirmed the add-on will be available to everyone. Additionally, Far Harbor beta invites are expected to begin rolling out later this week, so keep your peepers peeled on your inboxes.
There’s also news of Fallout 4‘s update 1.5, heralding the arrival of the game’s Survival Mode across PS4 and Xbox One. Look for it to arrive on Friday, May 6.
