Update (3.31.16): It seems Lauren Mary Kim may never have worked on the alleged Shadow of Mordor 2 after all. WCCFtech cites Kim as stating that the sequel listing is “inaccurate information” and chalked up the misunderstanding to an error in the IStunt database.
Original Story:
Developer Monolith Productions may be circling back to the rich vistas of J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth, with a leaked resume claiming that Shadow of Mordor 2 is in the works.
First spotted by Nerdleaks, speculation stems from a CV posted by stunt actress Lauren Mary Kim, which listed Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor 2 before it was promptly removed. A screenshot of the resume can be glimpsed below.
In it, Kim pegs Blur Studio as her employer which, as GamesRadar notes, is a company that specializes in the creation of CGI trailers. Both outlets indicate that an official reveal has been pegged for E3 2016 but at the time of going to press, neither Monolith nor publisher Warner Bros. Interactive have issued a response.
Below, you can find the adjusted resume in question.
Can we expect to see an official unveiling of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor 2 in the coming months?
