Developer Valkyrie Entertainment and Sony San Diego have listed the changes headed to free-to-play PS4 shooter Guns Up! “in the not too distant future.”
Chief among those is improved AI and the addition of replays, with the latter being one of the most requested features by the game’s community since launch. In terms of the new AI system, players can expect “units [to] display better target selection and specialised behaviours.”
Beyond that, Joakim Wejdemar of Valkyrie detailed a host of changes the developer hopes to add into Guns Up! going forward, including:
- New Trophies
- Air Support Command Cards
- New Traps
- Veteran Units
- Base Reset
- Alliances
- Vehicles
In closing, Wejdemar noted that optimising the Guns Up! network “will continue to be an important focus for the overall quality of the experience.”
Guns Up! is currently available to download on PlayStation 4. We’ll keep you posted as this hefty update nears release.
