At the special Sony press event today, Andrew House took to the stage and revealed everything you’ll get inside the PlayStation VR box once it’s available in October 2016 for $399 (click on the image for a bigger view).
Noticeably absent are the PlayStation Camera and PlayStation Move controllers. As PlayStation UK confirms, the Camera is required:

Additionally, Sony posted the specs for PlayStation VR: OLED 5.7 screen, 1920 x RGB x 1080, 120Hz refresh rate, 360 degree tracking with 9 LEDs. Less than 18ms of latency. DualShock 4 and PlayStation Move controller support.
