Remember last year when Sony rolled out PlayStation 4 firmware update 3.00 that included a new “Community” feature? Unfortunately though, while the intent was good, the actual feature left a lot to be desired.
One of the main complaints, if not the biggest one, is that you couldn’t even search for exact PS4 Communities that you wanted to join. It even pushed us to think of a workaround so that PlayStation LifeStyle readers can join the PSLS PS4 Community.
Thankfully, a PS4 Community search function is now enabled according to Sony,
Communities on PS4 now includes a search function to help you connect with the right Communities and groups of players.

This is certainly welcome news. Let’s hope that this “Favorite Groups” hiccup thing is resolved soon as well.
Anyone tried the search function yet? How is it?
