Harmonix Working With Sony to Resolve Amplitude Code Issues

Harmonix’s Kickstarter-funded rhythm game, Amplitude (our review here), is out now but its backers are experiencing issues redeeming the game’s code. In an update on the campaign’s page, the developer has said that it’s currently working to resolve the issues that mainly seem to be affecting those outside of North America, partly owing to problems with the console submission process. Harmonix also said that it’s working with Sony Europe separately to resolve the matter.

The full list of countries experiencing issues at the moment include:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • Luxembourg
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland

For those in North America facing code redemption issues, Harmonix has advised to get in touch through the Kickstarter campaign page. As a reminder, the PlayStation 3 version of Amplitude is still in development so don’t expect codes to work for the console.
