Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India Gameplay Overview Video From Ubisoft Shows You What to Expect

The second release in the Chronicles series, Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India will be available on January 12 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC at $9.99. To get you ready for next week’s launch, Ubisoft brought out a gameplay overview trailer today narrated by Lead Designer Matt Duff.

A 2.5D action/stealth hybrid platformer, Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India takes place in 19th-century India and follows the story of Assassin Arbaaz Mir as he fights to stop a Master Templar from stealing the Koh-i-noor diamond.

Next up for the Chronicles series is Russia, which launches on February 9 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

If you’re holding off on the Chronicles games for now, the Assassin’s Creed Chronicles Trilogy Pack will be available through retail and digital stores on February 9 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC at $29.99. A PlayStation Vita version of the trilogy pack will then release on April 5.

We reviewed the first Chronicles game, China, last year, saying, “It starts out okay, but soon becomes dull fairly quickly thanks to a lackluster plot and uninspired gameplay.”
