The recent Fallout 4 leaks have led Twitch to issue a notice, stating that its users are not allowed to broadcast the game until November 10. Even folks who have express written permission from Bethesda aren’t going to be broadcasting anything until the day before release. “General rule for DMCA is 12:00am ET (US) unless otherwise stated by publisher. DMCA is enforced by publishers per their guidelines,” the company wrote on Twitter.
