Bloodborne Update This Month Will Add The League, Additional Co-Op NPC Hunters

Likely arriving around the same time as The Old Hunters expansion on November 24, a new Bloodborne update for all players will add new features, including The League, additional co-op NPC hunters, and more.

Today, Producer Masaaki Yamagiwa talked about The League:

The League is a band of Hunters who have taken an oath and are bound by a single purpose. By aligning yourself to The League, led by a mysterious figure in a constable’s garb and bucket helmet, you can assist other players online in the game and compete in The League’s online rankings leaderboard.

You’ll also be able to use The League cane to summon co-op NPCs within the game, who can help you defeat bosses and clear challenging areas.

When The Old Hunters launches on November 24, it will cost $19.99. If you don’t own Bloodborne yet, a Game of the Year Edition will be available in Europe through retail and digital stores, with North America getting a Complete Edition for $49.99 through the PlayStation Store.

Previously only available to European gamers who Platinumed Bloodborne, Yamagiwa revealed that voucher codes for the exclusive PS4 theme will be sent out “in the very near future” to everyone in North America and Europe who unlocked all the Trophies.

“There’s no other way to get your hands on this theme other than to master the game,” he said.
