Two releases from the visual novel series, Muv-Luv, are coming to the PlayStation Vita, PC and Android in the West. A Kickstarter campaign, which was set up to help fund the localization of Muv-Luv and Muv-Luv Alternative, has smashed through its original goal as well as the Vita stretch goal.
According to the campaign’s page, Muv-Luv series has sold more than half a million units in Japan alone. The first release (Muv-Luv – 2003) contains part one and part two of the trilogy: Muv-Luv Extra and Muv-Luv Unlimited. The second release (Muv-Luv Alternative) will be a direct sequel to Unlimited, and will conclude the trilogy.
With thirty days to go, the project has raised over $500,000 of its original $250,000 goal. You can check out the Kickstarter page here.
