We already know that Rock Band 4‘s Career Mode will enable players to take on the role of a professional musician, making choices and attempting to gain popularity and fame. However, Harmonix recently posted a lot more information on their official blog, going into details on the mode’s options, like “Play a Show” and “Go On Tour.”
In “Play a Show,”players have to, well, play a show. Shows will last a minimum of two songs, and if longer than that, then they will be split into sets. Players will have to take a vote with their band mates, or listen to audience requests, to determine setlists.
Another thing players can do is take on “Go On Tour,” which lets players start a band and try to build up an audience. While doing that, players will have to make choices, such as picking a manager, deciding whether or not to be a “sell out,” and more. They can also choose what clothes to wear and what hairstyles to have.
Rock Band 4 is set to come out on October 6 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. How do you feel about the Career Mode?
