A report from earlier this week claims that 20th Century Fox and Chernin Entertainment have started work on a Mega Man movie.
According to The Tracking Board, Chernin Entertainment’s CEO, Peter Chernin, is producing the movie as David Ready and Michael Finfer are overseeing the project. All three have worked together on the recent Planet of the Apes movies. No other details have been given, but we’re told that Mike Ireland and Ryan Horrigan will be overseeing the development on behalf of Fox.
Mega Man recently appeared in Mega Man Legacy Collection, which is out for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
