A new piece of free DLC for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was briefly available the other day, giving players a new look for Ciri. However, if you did get a chance to snag it before it was taken down from the Xbox Store and the PlayStation Store, then you might not want to use the content.
On CD Projekt RED Community Lead Marcin Momot’s Twitter account, he posted that the content was posted prematurely, and it can cause problems if used.
@feijoax @witchergame This DLC became available prematurely via XBL – wasn’t ready. We advise against using it until it releases officially.

He explained that users should go “to options -> Downloadable content and turn it off. That should disable it.” An image of the mistakenly released Ciri outfit can be seen below:
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will not be getting any free DLC this week, but it did receive a new patch, which made a few key changes to the game.
