Update:
Game Director Bruce Straley said they’re targeting 60fps for multiplayer in Uncharted 4:
LEGALLY we’re not allowed to say we’ll get 60fps in MP, but we are “targeting” 60 in MP. (and technically it’s 59.97 fps) #Uncharted4

Original Story:
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will supposedly run at 30fps (frames-per-second) during the game’s single-player mode, but Naughty Dog is hoping to have it run at 60fps during multiplayer modes.
During the E3 2015 GameSpot Live show, Lead Designer Kurt Margenau confirmed that Uncharted 4‘s single-player mode will run at 30fps, and said the team is trying to have multiplayer run at 60fps. Margenau was uncertain if Naughty Dog will actually be able to get the game’s multiplayer modes to run at 60fps however but added that that is the goal.
