After a hiatus of 21 months, Harmonix has announced that new DLC songs from Arctic Monkeys, Avenged Sevenfold, and Foo Fighters are coming to the Rock Band Music Store on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in North America tomorrow, January 13. For Europeans, you’ll have to wait until January 21 for the new content.

Priced at $1.99/£.99/€1.49, here’s the songs becoming available for use in Rock Band 3 and Rock Band Blitz:

  • Arctic Monkeys – “R U Mine?”
  • Avenged Sevenfold – “Shepherd Of Fire”
  • Foo Fighters – “Something From Nothing”

As Harmonix adds, Avenged Sevenfold is “one of the most fan-requested artists.”

According to Harmonix, there have been over 100 million songs sold through the Rock Band Music Store since it launched on November 20, 2007. If it’s been some time since you’ve checked out the available songs, you can see the full list of available tracks right here.

A Rock Band game for the new-gen systems has yet to be confirmed by Harmonix, but they have admitted that “there’s a desire for it.”
