It may be a new year, but we’ve still got the same hobby, which means we’ve got another weekend of gaming ahead of us. With very few new games out lately, most people are continuing to dig into their backlog as we make our way into the new year.
Here’s what everyone is playing this weekend:

I’ll most likely get some Battlefield 4 in as I haven’t played it in a long while. After that, maybe some Dragon Age: Inquisition or whatever floats my boat.

Destiny of course. Gotta keep leveling to be ready for the hard mode of Crota’s End. I’ll also be balancing my time with that by playing some other games. The recent PSN downtime gave me a bit of downtime to play other things and I got the itch to get trophies again. Platinum hunter Chandler is rising again!

I’ll probably play a lot of Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare and train myself to be as good with the zombie characters as I am with plants. And of course I’ll be playing Destiny with Chandler and probably Dan, because I started another character recently, and because you can’t stay away once you get into the game.

Having been traveling over new years, I will be returning to Destiny over the weekend. But, I will also be putting some final touches on a project I have been putting together as well.

After being disappointed with Geometry Wars 3 when I first booted it up last month, I’m going to give it another chance this weekend and see if I can’t sink countless hours into it like I did with the first two.

Still trying to reach level 3 with Eris Morne so I can upgrade my Husk rifle. Those bounties are a bit of a grind, but the game just keeps dragging me back in. I’ll have to play some Madden on Sunday to see how my boys match up against the Lions. My nephew wants me to play some Watch_Dogs with him, so I’ll have to find some time for that.

I just bought Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, so I’ll be playing that this weekend. Might finally finish Far Cry 4 as well.

I think I might be jumping back in to Watch Dogs after playing it for a couple of hours last night. I’m probably going to be getting through the rest of the story, finally. I’ll log some time in on Borderlands 2 on my Vita as well. Should be fun!

Dat Destiny grind. Working on getting my main warlock up to 32, my hunter up to 30 so I can do nightfall and raids with it and started a titan. Meanwhile my other games are giving me dirty, judging looks. Suck it games, I LIKE Destiny!
