Resident Evil: Revelations 2 Raid Mode Details Revealed By Capcom, Will Feature Online and Local Split-Screen Multiplayer Gameplay

Capcom has just released details on the Raid Mode in their upcoming episodic title Resident Evil: Revelations 2, explaining how the multiplayer, shoot-and-loot style mode will actually work.

Apparently, Raid Mode will allow players to choose and customize a character, giving that character different outfits to wear and different weapons to wield. After that, players take their character out into the wild in an effort to collect money, weapons, custom parts, and more. Players will be able to cooperatively work together either through online services or using a local, two-player split-screen option.

Capcom has said that Raid Mode is meant to bring players back the Revelations 2, even after they have finished the main story campaign. The first episode of the upcoming horror title will be released on February 17 for PlayStation 4, PS3, PS Vita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC, with the rest of the episodes coming in the weeks after that. Are you interested in the game’s Raid Mode at all?
