Thomas Was Alone Coming to PS4, Will be a Cross-Buy Title

Curve Studios is bringing its indie puzzle platformer Thomas Was Alone to the PlayStation 4 “soon.” Available as a cross-buy title, the game will be free of cost to those who picked it up for the PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Vita last year. The developer wrote:

It’s great to be able to offer the game to a whole new generation of PlayStation fans who may not have had the chance to pick up Thomas on console before, and we’re also happy to be able to give people who have supported the game in the past a shiny new copy for their collections.

Thomas Was Alone is a game about “rectangles and friendship” narrated by BAFTA-winning comedian, Danny Wallace. Players control various shapes in the game with the aim of directing them towards their exit points.

Curve Studios has not announced a release date yet, but has confirmed that the game will be available for purchase this year.
