Q.U.B.E. 2 PS4 to Include Mind-Boggling Puzzles, Will Get Morpheus Support

Among the games revealed at Sony’s gamescom 2014 press conference was Q.U.B.E. 2, a sequel to the 2012 PC puzzle game, which is now headed to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. Developer Toxic Games revealed that since the launch of the original game, it has been working on adding new content and bringing a Director’s Cut version. At the moment, it’s focusing on bringing the game to the PlayStation 4.

The sequel is going to refine the core mechanics of the original. There will be a slew of new and exciting puzzles that will boggle your mind, and a tightly woven narrative which will further expand the Q.U.B.E. universe. Oh, and it’s being developed in Unreal Engine 4, so dem cubes are going to be extra shiny… just when you thought cubes couldn’t look any better!

Toxic Games also revealed that Q.U.B.E. 2 will support Project Morpheus.

We’ve already taken the hardware for a spin and it’s shaping up to be something fantastic so we can’t wait to get our hands (or gloves?) on a kit to begin developing for it!

We’re not given a release date for the game yet.
