Last week was a good one for 3DS software, with Yokai Watch 2 finishing in first place yet again with 120,000 sold (and crossing the 2 million mark lifetime), while Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission 2 debuted in second place to 81,000 and Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson was third at 46,000.
Over on PlayStation, Ultra Street Fighter IV had a strong PS3 opening of 42,000, but things get worse as we go down the chart, with Shin Hayarigami combining to move just 18,000 on PS3 and PS Vita, while Lost Dimension struggled on Vita by moving under 4,000.
Despite the performance of some of those new releases, hardware remained largely unchanged, with the 3DS XL #1, PS Vita #2, and the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 getting beaten once again by the regular 3DS.
