Gears of War designer Cliff Bleszinski’s new studio, Boss Key Productions, has added two Call of Duty developers to its staff. Ryan Palser and David Rose have been given a warm welcome by the company. “One of our other studio pillars? People over Process,” the studio tweeted.
Pasler worked as an in-game animator for six and a half years at Neversoft. His portfolio includes Call of Duty: Ghosts and the Guitar Hero franchise. Rose spent almost the same amount of time serving Neversoft as a lead UI artist, and prior to that, spent ten years at Red Storm Entertainment.
Bleszinski himself recently said that he was looking for talented people who had previously worked for major franchises but wanted to do something new and fresh. It should be noted that it was only recently that Neversoft closed its doors forever.
